Boxercise

Tuesdays: 6.30pm-7.30pm

Boxercise is an all round fitness workout, involving pad work learning boxing skills. As well as a great physical workout, Boxercise is an amazing stress buster. Our classes are fun, friendly and welcome men and women of all levels of fitness.

Family Boxercise

Tuesdays: 5.30pm-6.15pm Caterham High Sch,Clayhall, IG5 0QW

Boxercise for children is not only a great workout; it also develops their confidence, self-esteem, co-ordination and discipline. Family members are the perfect role models too, so FIT would love to see parents/guardians taking part too. Get fit, have fun & learn together ** Minimum age: 5 years Please get in contact for more class information.**

Indoor Bootcamp

Thursdays: 6.45pm-7.45pm
Caterham High Sch, Clayhall, IG5 0QW

A fun circuit style exercise class without the disruption of British weather! This class is suitable for all levels of fitness with modifications given to suit everyBODY. Your workouts will involve use of various exercise equipment across multiple stations.

Stretch & Relax

Fridays: 6.45pm-7.30pm
(Online, Zoom)

The class designed to release tension both physically and mentally, mobilise, improve flexibility and give you a better nights sleep. If you are not used to slowing things down then you may not realise how much this class can benefit you inside and out.

Lift & Tone

Sundays: 10.00am-10.45am
Online, Zoom

A low impact, weight training workout to strengthen and sculpt your body. Don't worry if you do not have weights (dumbbells), you can use bottles of water or cans as a substitute. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fitness Ballet

Currently available in the on demand library. Live dates TBC.

The Ballet inspired low impact workout designed to tone, strengthen and stretch you. For this class you will need a chair to use as a ballet barre and a mat for floor work.

The timetable has been designed to suit a variety of mind and body needs. Classes are suitable for beginners and regular exercisers as modifications for exercises are always given.

Online classes are hosted on Zoom, which allows the instructor (Mads) to watch and interact with all participants to ensure you are exercising correctly, safely and are having fun.  You now never have to worry about missing a class as “catch up” is available for all bookings.  If you can’t make the class simply request the catch up and the recording of the session will be emailed to you and available for you to access until midnight the following day.

Whether you choose to workout as part of a group class or 121, exercise should suit YOU! There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.  However you choose to train with FIT you  are encouraged to share your goals with your instructor who will happily keep you accountable on your “FIT journey.”

– By booking any classes you are confirming you have read and followed the PAR-Q, Health & safety and Disclaimer.

– You must not share the Zoom details (codes/links) to join the “meeting” (class). You must not share links of recordings shared with you.

– Refunds will not be given for any issues that may arise out of the instructors control. 

– You will be credited for any cancellations made by FIT to redeem against another class.

– It is your responsibility to: 

  1. Ensure you are able to access and use the platform Zoom to take part in a live class. Any support required should be discussed with the instructor well ahead of your session. 
  2. Ensure the media you are using for classes has sufficient battery and your internet is working effectively. 
  3. To attend class on time.
Please read the Health screening (PAR-Q), Health & safety & Disclaimer before beginning any exercise program with FIT.

– You will not be refunded for missed or cancelled classes. 

– Missed sessions (including planned absence) cannot be deducted, carried over or refunded but you may “catch up” via a link to the recording of the live class missed – up to 24hrs after.

– Catch ups must be requested by contacting Mads.

– In the event of a class being cancelled by the instructor you will be provided with a recording or your session will be carried over to the following week.

– Block must be paid in full at time of booking

– You will have the week booked (purchased) only to redeem classes 

– Catch ups must be requested by contacting Mads.

– In the event of a class being cancelled by the instructor you will be provided with a replacement recording or your session will be carried over to the following week.  Your instructor will notify you at time of cancellation.

– Membership must be paid in full at time of booking.  Membership will commence at time of purchase and be valid for 1 month. 

– It is up to you to use your membership over the course of your booked month, memberships cannot be extended.

– Access to members area & social media groups will only be valid with active membership.

– Catch up recordings must be requested by contacting Mads.

– In the event of a class being cancelled by the instructor you will be provided with a replacement recording or your session will be carried over to the following week.  Your instructor will notify you at time of cancellation.

– Your membership is solely for your own use.  You must not share your membership access or content provided by FIT with others.
