How to book (Group Ex)
Step 1
Click "Book Now/Purchase" to sign up/log into our partner booking app Gymcatch.
Step 2
Select dates/classes to book from "What's on"
Select packages to purchase.
All classes require booking from the class calandar.
Step 3
All classes will require booking from the class calendar. Booking confirmation will be received by email. Please note booking and cancellation T&C's.
T&C’s:
- Cancellations made at least 2hrs before the scheduled class will be re-credited. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours’ before the class via the app) or no shows will result in the loss of the credit, which cannot be refunded, extended or transferred.
- Class passes must be used within the 6 week period. Blocks/passes cannot be extended beyond their expiry date, regardless of missed or unused sessions.
- Health & Safety Disclaimer – By booking & attending sessions, participants confirm they are fit and well to exercise. Any medical conditions should be disclosed in advance. FIT is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health issues or improper participation.
- Session changes – in the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled or moved to a different location. Notice will be provided to booked participants via the app or usual contact channels.

Can’t see a time that suits you? You can now workout with FIT anytime, anywhere and anyway that suits you with FIT On Demand. Our on demand library includes 100+ recorded workouts. There is a range of classes to choose from including; Circuit training, HIIT, Box & Tone, FITness Ballet (barre) and more.
FIT On Demand is included for all Full members and PT clients.
