Owner of Fitness Inspired Training.
Hello there! I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself to those of you that have yet to meet me.
My name is Mandalena (aka Mads) and I am the owner of Fitness Inspired Training (FIT).
FIT was a vision I had from a young age as I knew what movement I wanted to create within the health and fitness industry – a FIT way of life.
FIT is about working on YOU, inside and out! Living a FIT way of life is not just about exercise it is about looking after your mental, physical and social wellbeing.
I believe taking part in any exercise should be fun – not feel like something you simply have to do! As a result being active will become part of your natural everyday routine, you will feel better mentally as well as physically whilst achieving the goals (results) you set out for … often without realising.
Upon qualifying with BSC(Hons) in Health Related Exercise and Fitness and secondary school teacher of Physical Education I am fortunate to have worked with a vast amount adults and children.
As a mum of a 11 month and 4 year old, I relate to the demands of having children and trying to find that all important “me time”. If you have been holding back from doing something for yourself remember that in order to be able to look after others we must first look after ourselves.
