Most of us know what we want but can hit hurdles when trying to get there, we may also need better clarity on what we actually need. Figuring it out alone can be overwhelming and even too much at times to find the motivation to work on. By having someone to listen, support and guide us can be the difference to unlocking our potential in order to live the life we want and be our authentic selves. Whether it be due to confidence, mindset, our environment or the walls we may have subconsciously built up around us, coaching will help bring you the clarity you need and plan how you will move forward.
Personal coaching can support you in many areas of your life including confidence, health and wellbeing and life balance. Most of the greatest athletes, movie stars, business owners etc., have all had coaches and mentors because they recognised the importance of seeking outside guidance to push them to be at the top of their game.
I believe each and every one of us has huge potential and we all need someone that can help us reach it. As your coach, I will provide you with a safe space to gain perspective on what is taking place in your life. I will listen and give you unbiased feedback and insight that you won’t get from friends and family. My non-judgemental approach is to ensure you develop a better self-awareness when taking action and making decisions and I will encourage you to use your strengths to become the best version of yourself.
I choose to take on a small number of clients in order to provide the most valuable, personalised coaching to each of my members. To me you are not just a number, you are someone I come on a journey with that I am keen to invest my time and guidance in. I will challenge you, mentor you and above all inspire you because I believe you have so much more to offer.
Sessions are up to one hour that can be carried out over the phone or via video call e.g. Zoom. Personal life can also be combined with personal training, this is a perfect combination of self-development and growth.
